Who can register a suitcase?
Each RIMOWA suitcase can be registered either by the purchaser or the person who received the product as a gift. You can register your RIMOWA here.
How do I register my suitcase online?
You can register your suitcase online by creating a RIMOWA account. You will need to complete the online form specifying your personal data, and enter your RIMOWA suitcase's unique serial number. You will find your RIMOWA's serial number on the outside frame of your suitcase. You will find all the details of the lifetime guarantee in accordance with the conditions written within our guarantee manual.

A serial number is present on all our suitcases as well as on specialty items, Personal collections, and aluminum iPhone cases.

Do I need an appointment to visit the store?
No, you don't need an appointment to visit our stores. You are welcome to visit at any time. You can find a list of our stores through the
store locator. However, booking an appointment with one of our Client Advisors ensures you a personalized shopping experience without interruption.

I already own a Classic, can I personalize it?
If you already own a Classic suitcase, you are able to customize it using the available accessories which can be found in store and on RIMOWA.com in the accessories section.
Handles, however, cannot be purchased separately online as they require professional installation by our RIMOWA experts.
