How to set your locks combination

STEP 1 / 4

Open the lock

Each lock is set at the factory to 000. To open it, push the button while lifting up the lock.

STEP 2 / 4

Change the code

If you’d like to change the code, open the lock, push the button, and hold it whilst selecting your own combination.

STEP 3 / 4

Set your new code

Release the button to set the code.

How to set your locks combination

STEP 1 / 4

Open the lock

Each lock is set at the factory to 000. To open the lock, slide the button towards the outside.

STEP 2 / 4

Change the code

If you'd like to change the code, open the lock, then slide the button towards the inside, and hold it as you turn the dials to your own combination.

Set your new code

Check that the numbers are at the centre of each of the three dials then release the button to set it.

Open the lock

Each lock is set to 000 at the factory. Move the lever up to release the zip pullers.

STEP 2 / 4

Change the code

Using a pointed instrument (e.g. a ballpoint), press the button on the right until it engages. Then, adjust the dials to your own combination.

Move the lever up again to set your new personal code.

Open the lock

Each lock is set at the factory to 000. To open the lock, move the lever toward the word ‘code.’ This will release the zip pullers.

STEP 2 / 4

Change the code

If you’d like to change the code, open the lock, move the lever to cover the word ‘code,’ and hold it whilst you adjust the dials to your own combination.

UNLOCKING A STUCK SUITCASE

Original and Hybrid

STEP 1 / 2

Open the locks

Open the locks on each corner.

STEP 2 / 2

Lift the top shell

Hold the corner and lift the top shell. If it gets stuck, hold the corner next to the wheel then lift the top shell.

Classic

STEP 1 / 3

Check the three dials

Check that the numbers are at the centre of each of the three dials.

STEP 2 / 3

Pull the button

Apply pressure on the top shell above the lock and pull the button. Repeat this again with the second lock.

STEP 3 / 3

Open the top shell

Open the top shell from each corner.
