All functional damage on suitcases purchased from July 25, 2022 are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. For suitcases purchased before this date, all bags and special items, repairs are covered throughout the respective statutory warranty or guarantee period.

For any repairs not covered by guarantee or for any non-functional cosmetic wear and tear that occurs during your travels, our Care Experts will assess repair options and provide an estimate.
