How many suitcases can be submitted to the RIMOWA RE-CRAFTED program?
Which suitcase documents do I need to provide in order to participate in the RIMOWA RE-CRAFTED program?
You will need to present the invoice of the luggage you wish to bring. If you do not have it anymore, in any cases, our client advisors will perform an authentication of your suitcase. You will also need to bring a valid ID in order to check your available quota for the RE-CRAFTED program.
A valid personal identification includes a resident registration card, driver’s license, Korean passport, mobile ID cards or any other document issued by public institutions that features the client’s name, address, and age. Paper copies and screenshots are not accepted.

How many RIMOWA RE-CRAFTED vouchers can I redeem per purchase?
You can only use one RE-CRAFTED voucher per purchase and the minimum order amount must be above 800,000 KRW.
Additionally, the vouchers is redeemable only in Cheongdam flagship and Myeongdong store.
