How do I place an order online?

Start shopping on RIMOWA.com by selecting your preferred delivery country/region at the top of the website under "Ship To", or at the bottom of the page if you are browsing on a mobile device.

Shop by category, from luggage to accessories or use the search bar and filters to find the item that best suits your needs.

Once you have made your choice, click on "Purchase" on the product page to add it to your cart.

We invite you to create a RIMOWA account for a faster and easier checkout experience, as well as to access all information related to your order.

To finalise your purchase in the checkout process :

  • Fill in the delivery information including shipping and billing address and select the delivery method
  • Complete your payment
  • Review your order, confirming all details are correct
  • Agreed to the terms and conditions

You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, containing all information related to your order. You will also receive another email when your order will be shipped.

How can I select my preferred delivery country/region?
We currently provide domestic shipping only.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have the option to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our Client Service. Your item can only be changed for a new item at the same or lower price than the original item.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or to cancel it. However, you may process a return and place a new order.

What is the current status of my order?​

You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your RIMOWA account. Please note that, following a purchase, it may take few minutes for the order to be displayed in your RIMOWA account.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a shipment notification which will allow you to check your delivery status online.

My order didn’t go through, what can I do?
