Give new life to your luggage
Bring your RIMOWA aluminium suitcase to selected stores in Germany and receive a gift voucher for your next travel companion.
Eligible Luggage
We will accept any RIMOWA aluminium suitcase, no matter its age or condition, provided it is a model with at least two wheels.
How it works
A select number of stores are currently able to RE-CRAFT your pre-loved suitcase.
STEP 1
Bring your suitcase to an eligible store.
Bring your RIMOWA aluminium suitcase to select stores alongside a personal identification document. See our FAQs.
STEP 2
We check its authenticity.
After checking the suitcase to verify its authenticity, we take it back from you.
STEP 3
We give you a gift voucher worth ¥40,000 to spend on RIMOWA products.
You'll immediately receive a gift voucher for ¥40,000 to spend in-store on a minimum purchase of ¥80,000.
