How do I place an order online?

Start shopping with us by using your preferred delivery country on the top of our website "SHIP TO". Shop by category – from luggage to accessories – to select your item. Click “purchase” to add the item to your cart and proceed to check out. You can also search for your preferred item by using our search function. Choose to place your order as either a guest or sign into your RIMOWA account for a speedier, more efficient check out. To complete your purchase, enter your data including shipping and billing address, preferred delivery (express or standard), and agree to the terms & conditions. How can I select my preferred delivery country/region?

You can click on "ship to" at the top left of the website to select your preferred shipping country/region.

On mobile, you can find this button at the bottom of the menu. Please note that the delivery address needs to correspond to the country/region selected in the "Ship to" option.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have the option to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our Client Service. Your item can only be changed for a new item at the same or lower price than the original item.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or to cancel it. However, you may process a return and place a new order.

What is the current status of my order?​

You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your RIMOWA account. Please note that, following a purchase, it may take few minutes for the order to be displayed in your RIMOWA account.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a shipment notification which will allow you to check your delivery status online.
