Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

RIMOWA.com offers the following delivery option:

STANDARD:

From 2 – 11 business days after the order is shipped

Complimentary for orders above R$ 1,000.00

R$ 40 for orders below the limit price

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.

Please note that once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available.
How do I track my parcel?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your MY RIMOWA Account.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation from RIMOWA via e-mail with the tracking number. You can track your order by clicking here.

Are there any shipping restrictions ?
RIMOWA does not ship to PO Boxes.
